Trying New Things

I finally finished my large 24”x30” piece.  At least I think it’s finished.  There’s a possibility I’ll be adding more to it later.  I have another large panel of the same size that I’m going to begin this next week, as well.

I’ve been trying some new things in the studio.  For the most part, I’ve been using a very limited color palate in my Holes series, but this week I busted out some new colors in my work.  #14 has been my initial experiment with new color.  I plan on trying out several different color schemes to see where that leads me.  Stay tuned!

Had to laugh at ” At least I think it’s finished.”! Sorry! But we are all like that I think.

I do like these “runny” works. So different and they all look so fresh. New colours are good. Staying tuned!

    Good work, M!
