Megan Caldwell Chandler was raised in Connersville, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University in 2004 with a degree in Visual Arts Education. After spending several years in the field of education, in 2012 she shifted her focus and began her full-time career in the creative arts.
Working primarily in mixed media, Megan spends most of her studio time creating one-of-a-kind artist’s books and mixed media panels. Her work is often autobiographical and explores themes such as gender, sex, religion, obsession, compulsion, anxiety, death, and the human body.
Megan currently works as a full-time artist out of her home studio in Carmel, Indiana.
