One-A-Days

This Christmas, my mom gifted me an antique library card-catalogue drawer.  The face is made of a beautiful dark wood and has old brass hardware.  I’ve been on the hunt for one of these drawers because I have a large collection of blank library cards, and I wanted somewhere to put them.  As soon as I opened the gift, I knew what I wanted to create.  I’ve decided to create a small work of art on one library card for each day of this year.

I want to share with you images of the drawer and January’s finished pieces.  Enjoy!

I love this box. Thanks, momma!
